Interlibrary Loan procedures are regulated by the National Interlibrary Loan Code, by the regulations of the lending library, and by the copyright law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) which governs the procedures for producing photocopies or reproductions of copyrighted materials.
Items Not Available Through ILL
- rare, hard-to-pack, fragile materials, and microforms
- reference books, curriculum materials, and juvenile books
- entire issues or volumes of periodicals (photocopies of specific articles may be requested)
- materials in high demand at the lending library, such as recently published books (loaned at the discretion of library staff)

28 days with requests for a 14 day renewal submitted at least two days prior to the due date.
Costs For Using ILL
For Books: No charge
For Periodicals: No charge for MMLB, LVIS, and libraries with reciprocal agreements. All others - $15.00 per article. Billing: IFM preferred or invoice.
