Paul Marxhausen has designed this site to educate the visitor about ergonomics. The user can find information concerning repetitive strain injuries, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, along with many other disorders related to repetitive strain. Marxhausen offers a list of symptoms and suggestions for prevention of strains and a list of references to find more information on repetitive strain injuries.

Ergocise
At Ergocise, users will find a list of suggestions for relaxing muscles that have been overstressed from work. There are short videos to help illustrate how the exercises should be done. This site also offers a downloadable program to help remind users to stop and stretch aching muscles.
