This site, sponsored by the Internet School Library Media Center, offers links to biographies, interviews, birthday information and name pronunciation guides. The site is arranged by reading level, with links by author name.

Missouri Authors Directory
"The Missouri Authors Directory--a project of the Missouri Center for the Book--has been several years in the making and will be updated monthly. This directory includes information on nearly 500 authors currently living and writing in Missouri." It is possible to perform a keyword search; search by audience, county of residence; or genre to locate information about Missouri authors. The entries include the previously listed searchable fields along with a listing of their publications and contact information.

Overbooked (Book Links)
Directed at teens and older readers, this page offers links to Web sites dealing with young adult (YA) literature. These pages include reading lists, award winners, journals, and links to YA authors. Overbooked (Book Links) is a volunteer project undertaken by the Chesterfield County (VA) Public Library.

Recommended Teen Reading
