The K-8 Aeronautics Internet Textbook
With a variety of sections to choose from, this site is a helpful resource for teachers. It includes links to sections on Principles of Aeronautics, Lesson Plans, Curriculum Bridges, an Aeronautics Sign Language Dictionary, Careers, NASA Tours, an Internet Guide, Activities, a Scientists and Engineers Guide, Wright Again, and a Tennis Science. New York Times Learning Network on the Web--Teacher Connections
This site offers lesson plans in all subject areas for students in grades 6-12. There is a new topic for each day as well as an archive back to August 1998. Examples of topics are the presidential impeachment trial, the immortality of art, the effectiveness of herbal medicine, and the mathematics behind opinion polls. While there is emphasis on using the Times for some assignments, other resource materials have not been excluded. Each lesson plan has a link to the author's biographical information and is linked to the McREL National Content Standards.

NTTI: Lesson Plan Database
This site helps teachers integrate public television programs into their own curriculum. Included are lessons plans in Mathematics, Science, Social Studies and Technology.
