About the Library Catalog

The Library Catalog has a record for each of the items that Owens library owns. These include:
  • Books
  • Journals
  • Newspapers & magazines
  • Video recordings
  • Music & musical scores and
  • Government Documents
The library catalog can also be used to search and request materials
from other college and university library catalogs in the state of Missouri

Note: You won't find individual articles in the Library Catalog. You'll learn how to find them by using an article index described in the next module.
