The two types
of databases that you will be using are: library catalog and article
indexes.

Library
catalogs

organize all of the materials a library purchases.
These include records for books, magazines, journals, newspapers,
government documents, videos, sound recordings, etc.
The library
catalog does not include articles.

article indexes such as Gale - Academic OneFile or EBSCOhost
- Academic Search are general or multidisciplinary. |
