| Abstract:
The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) principles
to higher education by Northwest Missouri State University Maryville,
MO, has been through a TQM plan called the 'Culture of Quality'
that uses benchmarking to raise expectations and quality that
help realize common goals. The results included the installation
of the first full-scale electronic campus in the US and several
other major innovations and achievements. |
