Lightning Round Guidelines

The deadline for Lightning Round submission is March 5, 2012.

10 Minute Sessions

Each presentation must be 10 minutes or under, so we can move on (short, like lightning!) to the next speaker. Avoid too much lead-up (history, background) to your main point. Focus on the main topic.

Bring a handout with a URL, or your business cards, in case attendees want more information or have questions to ask you. Please bring your presentation on a jump drive for speedy and dependable access.

TIP: Practice presentation and time yourself to stay comfortably within 10 minutes.

Each Lightning Round presenter is also invited to write a paper for the Proceedings, if desired. Papers should be 2,000-4,000 words in length.
