Presentation Sessions
Presentation sessions are active learning opportunities that are practical
and relevant to the changes and needs of academic libraries today. Session
topics can address any aspect of academic libraries, including cataloging,
administration at top and middle levels, library systems design, access
services, government documents, information technology, Web development,
acquisitions, serials, collection development, reference, and instruction.
Entries will be evaluated on clarity and relevancy to the Brick and
Click theme. View the Presentation Guidelines for more information.
Lightning Round
Have a great idea, procedure, product/service, but not enough content for an entire session? Consider being a presenter in a Lightning Round session. Each session includes four "lightning presentations" back to back. This doesn't mean that you have to talk faster, but that each speaker will talk for a maximum of 10 minutes, with time at the end for a few questions. We offer this opportunity for presenters who don't want to speak for an entire session, and for attendees who like sessions without a lot of background and details. View
the Lightning Round Guidelines for more information.
