How to electronically browse a journal:

To Browse Contents of Journals indexed in EBSCOhost:

1. click EBSCOhost on Search for Articles
2. click EBSCOhost Web
3. select a database

For example, select Academic Search Premier to browse the contents of the journal entitled Family Relations, as shown below.

4. select Advanced Search
5. in the Find: box, enter the title of a specific journal
6. in the first Select a field box, choose SO Journal Name
7. click Search to display results

results display in reverse chronological order, with the most current contents
appearing first; searches can be limited by date under "limit your results".

To Browse Contents of Journals indexed in InfoTrac:

click InfoTrac on Search for Articles
select a database

For example, select OneFile to browse the contents of the journal entitled Journal of Family and Consumer Sciences, as shown below.

click Advanced Search
select Publication Type(pu)
click Search

results display the most current contents first
limit the number of results by adding keywords to your search

To Browse Contents of Journals indexed in WilsonWeb:

1. click W on Search for Articles; select WilsonWeb
2. select a database

For example, select Education Full Text to browse the contents of the journal entitled Childhood Education, as shown below.

3. select Advanced Search
4. type the journal title in the Find: box
5. in the as: box, select Journal Name
6. click Start

Click WilsonWeb Journal Directory to create a list of journal titles covered in each WilsonWeb database.
