Library Catalog Search the library catalog for books located in Owens Library, in 4 academic libraries in our Towers region, or in over 50 MOBIUS Missouri academic libraries. Click Dance for a general dance titles in the Owens Library Catalog and click Related Subjects for links to titles in dance related subjects. Find out how to search for more books on dance topics in the MOBIUS Catalog. eBooks Use the online full text collections of ebrary and the Gale Virtual Reference Library to research dance topics. Google Book Search Search the full text of a huge database of millions of book titles and view your keywords in context in the the book text. View the book table of contents and index for most books indexed. Use the library catalog or the MOBIUS catalog to get the full text of many titles you find. Use interlibrary loan to borrow the books not available in the library catalog or MOBIUS.

Western Theatre Timeline A listing of important figures, ideas, and plays in western theatre from the ancient Greeks to the present.

Chronologies in Owens Library Reference Books Use the library catalog. Click keyword search. Click the down arrow under Location:and select NW Owens Reference. Enter s:chronology. This will return a list of chronology books in the Owens Library Reference collection.

Arts & Humanities Through the Eras 1st Floor, Reference 700.9 A79a, 5 volumes This reference set covers architecture, dance, fashion, literature, music, philosophy, religion, theater, and the visual arts from the era of ancient Egypt through the baroque period and the age of enlightenment in Europe. Western Europe is the main focus of much of this reference work. Each volume includes a chronology of events for each discipline, an overview of each discipline for the time period covered, topics that hightlight the most important aspects of each discipline, biographies of significant persons in each discipline, and documentary sources (primary sources) for each discipline. This set is illustrated with black and white photographs.

Great events : 1900-2001 1st Floor, Reference 909.82 G7861g 2002 This is a great timeline of events in the 20th century focusing on history, science, and technology. Each event listed has a short informative article explaining the event.

It also contains useful indexes and content outlines.
