The M.S. Ed. in English is for students seeking Teaching Certification along with a graduate degree. A member of the graduate faculty in Education will serve as the major advisor for M.S. Ed. students, and the English graduate advisor will serve as the subject area advisor.
Students seeking the M.S. Ed. will complete the English Department portfolio and oral defense as well as the required final assessment for the Education Department. These will be evaluated separately.
