While the primary focus of our Graduate Program is literary studies, our graduate students often have a strong interest in other approaches to studying language and writing. Our graduate writing courses include:

|English 620||Pedagogy of College Composition|
|English 640||Studies in Genre (topic varies by trimester and may or may not be related to writing studies)|
|English 650||Themes and Theories (topic varies by trimester and may or may not be related to writing studies)|
