If you have a student going abroad, we highly recommend that at least one of the parents or tutors has a passport in case of eventuality while the student is abroad. For information on how to get a passport please click here.
The study abroad office requests as a requisite of studying abroad that all students participating in an exchange program have the following minimal medical coverage:
The students can use their own insurance as long as they submit a letter from the insurance carrier stating that the student's health insurance covers the fields stated above. In case the student's insurance is not able to provide the requirements stated by the Study Abroad Office, we suggest the students buy the health insurance provided by On Call International.
