Three Easy Steps Towards Leading a Faculty Led Short-Term Program

To propose a spring/summer program that involves student travel you must follow these easy steps:

  1. Submit signed One Page Concept Proposal View PDF by May 31 for programs departing in the spring and September 1 for programs departing in the summer (or as soon as possible) to the Study Abroad Office.
  2. Contact Study Abroad Office for assistance with securing program providers, housing services abroad, tour companies, etc.
  3. Submit complete Faculty Led Short-Term Full Proposal to Dr. Charles McAdams, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences by July 1 for programs departing in the spring and October 1 for programs departing in the summer.
