Three Easy Steps Towards Leading a Faculty Led Short-Term Program
To propose a spring/summer program that involves student travel you must follow these easy steps:
- Submit signed One Page Concept Proposal
by May 31 for programs departing in the spring and September 1 for programs departing in the summer (or as soon as possible) to the Study Abroad Office.
- Contact Study Abroad Office for assistance with securing program providers, housing services abroad, tour companies, etc.
- Submit complete Faculty Led Short-Term Full Proposal to Dr. Charles McAdams, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences by July 1 for programs departing in the spring and October 1 for programs departing in the summer.
