Job Description |
To administer Union operations on nights and weekends; Ability to follow oral instructions; Utilize effective oral communications when answering questions; Utilize effective conflict resolution skills; Schedule events in Union facility; Receive general instructions and complete projects independently; Answer questions or refer customers to the appropriate source of information; Test equipment before usage; Ensure doors are unlocked prior to an event and locked after an event; Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Use of CEO Scheduler Plus software; Work unsupervised; Ability to recognize, initiate and complete various tasks; Open and set up rooms for meetings; Set up equipment per client request; Exhibit professionalism and courtesy; Pay attention to detail; Exhibit positive customer relations skills; Ability to make decisions; Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment; Ability to work positively with diverse on and off campus populations; Knowledge of cultural events calendar; Ability to describe cultural events to customers. |

Qualifications |
