Job Description |
To serve as an ambassador of Northwest and an agent of orientation to new students and their parents. Must be able to engage in a strong working relationship with the academic department and student support offices. Will assist and develop new student's first trimester schedules. Qualifications |
Strong written and verbal skills; Attention to detail, well organized, creative and innovative; Comfortable performing and answering questions; Vast knowledge of Northwest's culture, history and policies; Professional and courteous in nature; Strong leadership abilities; Preferred but not required to have a current, valid driver's license; Sufficient academic progress with 2.5 GPA. Preference given to students who have attended Northwest for atleast 2 years and those taking summer classes. Note: Students are not required to take classes to work as a SOAR leader, but may take classes if they choose and fit with work schedule. |
