| Job Description | The PAX community coordinator represents the PAX program in the local community. Working directly with a regional director in the national office, the community coordinator helps to facilitate the placement and supervision of exchange students in high schools and with host families. Although there is no minimum, it is expected that the community coordinator will place three or four students each year. Is the community coordinator position right for you? Are you interested in other cultures and languages? • arrange homestays and high school enrollment for foreign teenagers • represent PAX study and travel abroad opportunities to local students • earn generous commissions • attend the annual PAX national meeting, held each year at a different resort location • earn travel benefits that enable you and your family to travel domestically and internationally • make new friends, both at home and around the world. |
