Qualifications

Must be able to teach the following styles fluently-jazz, tap, lyrical, and ballet, Hip Hop would be a plus; Looking for an instructor to offer brush up technique for all currently employed instructors at Maryville Dance Academy; This class would be offered each week and would be considered a technique class for current instructors to take and keep up with their technique as well; It would be held from 9-10:00 pm on either Tuesday or Wednesday nights; This class would run according to the University calendar; Help choreograph for the teacher dance for the annual recital; This position would possibly lead into more hours in teaching and subbing classes if the employee desires additional hours. 

Wage Rate

$8.00-$10.00 depending on qualifications; Would like this class to begin in October. 

Application Deadline

Until Filled; A qualified applicant will need to bring a dance resume', a photo and one letter of recommendation to Maryville Dance Academy, 1420 East 1st Street, Maryville, MO during the hours of 4:00 and 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday; The applicant will also be required to perform a 1 minute self choreographed dance to the directors.
