Job Description

To maintain cleanliness and customer service in assigned work areas; Assist custodians with scheduled projects; Pull trash and recyclable containers; Clean areas as assigned; Carpet care; Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Communications:

• Inform supervisors of vandalism
• Utilize effective communication skills when answering questions
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

Critical/Creative Thinking and Problem Solving:

• Receive general instructions and complete projects independently
• Determine between vandalism and normal use

• Have ability to recognize, initiate and complete various tasks

Competence in a Discipline

• Safe use of chemicals
