Job Description

Enter Art Store receipt information; maintain individual student records of purchases; provide invoices to department secretary for billing.

Communications:

  • Utilize effective oral communications when answering questions

Critical/Creative Thinking and Problem Solving:

  • Ability to identify, evaluate, and record/solve discrepancies in slide collection information in order to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.

Computer:

  • Use of basic computer software

Self-Directed Learning:

  • Work unsupervised

Competence in a Discipline:

  • Will train to use computer program

Personal/Social Development:

  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy
  • Exhibit positive customer relation skills 

Team Work/Team Leading:

Qualifications

Art or IDM major or minor preferred; Keyboarding competency required; Computer experience required; pay attention to detail.
