The Director is responsible for the overall operation of the Residential Life Program. The director ensures the continuous quality improvement of all aspects of Residential Life and contributes to the successful development and implementation of strategic Student Affairs initiatives. |

Education: Master's degree in related field |

Preferred Qualifications |
Education: Master's degree in College Student Personnel or Higher Education Administration |

Working Conditions |
This position works in an air-conditioned office in a newly renovated building |

Supervisory Responsibilities |
This position is minimally supervised and supervises, either directly or indirectly, all professional, support and paraprofessional staff in the department |
