Position Summary

Serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Athletics

Essential Functions

1. Serve as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for all varsity sports
2. Serve as supervisor of the Athletics Weight Room and all associated activities
3. Supervises graduate assistants, student assistants and interns as assigned
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics/HPERD

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree
Certification/License: Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach
Experience: Successful coaching experience at the high school or college level

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Master's degree
Certification/License: NSCA; ASCM or USWF certifications completed
Experience: Successful coaching experience at the college level
