Northwest Missouri State University

Holidays

Paid holidays observed by the University are published yearly according to the academic calendar. Special holidays, in addition to the ones published yearly, may be announced by the president of the University.

Departmental work schedules are organized in accordance with this holiday list. Employees required to work on a holiday will receive a different day off with pay. Employees must return to work following a paid holiday in order to be paid for that holiday.
