Position Summary |
Responsible for the Freshman Seminar course (approximately 75 sections with 1,532 students) and spring Freshman Seminar course (approximately 3 sections with 45 students), its supporting faculty/staff instructors, peer advisors and course content. Assist in establishing the University’s student success goals and assessing outcomes. Coordinate the recruitment, selection and training of Freshman Seminar instructors and peer advisors to ensure ongoing value and consistency in program goals. |

Education: Master's degree |

Preferred Qualifications |
Education: Terminal degree in field, tenured |

Working Conditions |
Office and computer work; Comfortable with public speaking; Occasional night or weekend responsibilities |

Supervisory Responsibilities |
Support staff, peer advisors, student employees and Freshman Seminar instructors |
|
