Position Summary |
Teach general chemistry lecture and labs, and a course in Organic chemistry and lab. Also develop and teach new course(s) related to our new interdisciplinary Nanoscience degree. |

The new state-of-the-art science building, The Center of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (CIE) has beautiful faculty offices and research space. Some start-up funds are also available. |

The Chemistry and Physics Department, housed in the recently renovated Garrett-Strong Science Building and CIE, has 11 full-time faculty members and offers a number of BA/BS degrees in Chemistry, Physics and Unified Science and a MS degree in Science Education. CIE houses state-of-the-art equipment such as XRD, XRF, TGA, FE-SEM/EDX, AFM, Confocal microscope, Polaroid microscope, FT-IR, LC/GC-MS, particle size analyzer, ICP-OES, NMR, HPLC, FPLC, and CHNS analyzer. |
