Early Childhood Center

The Early Childhood Program is found in the lower level of Brown Hall. The Center provides the laboratory for students in related majors.

The Early Childhood Center offers early care and education for children ages 3-5. In addition, an after school program is available for school-age children. We carry out curricular themes and learn concepts through a wide variety of activities. Art projects, stories, songs, drama, motor activities, snacks, science experiments, and field trips are exciting learning opportunities that are provided for children enrolled in the Early Childhood Center

We believe children learn by doing. The Early Childhood Center provides an enriching environment that works with all the developmental needs of children, including physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional needs.

We are proud of our accomplishments. We have been licensed and continue to be licensed by the state of Missouri for over 10 years. The Center is nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).
