I have worked in my profession as a Registered Dietitian in various positions throughout the United States and Canada for over fifteen years before entering the academic world of teaching. My many and varied work experiences as a Registered Dietitian before coming to teach students here at Northwest gives me valuable tangible real life situations to share and challenge the students critical thinking.
