Spelling Bee
Each Greek organization has the opportunity to sponsor members as they participate in the Order of Omega Spelling Bee every fall. Just like any other spelling bee, we start with simple words to spell, and then they get progressively harder. The winner is the last person standing! Becoming a New Greek (B.A.N.G.)
This event is free and open to all new members of the Greek community. We will discuss Greek values such as stereotypes and how to overcome them, alcohol awareness, scholarship, and brotherhood and sisterhood. There will be a panel of Order of Omega members to answer questions about Greek Life. We highly encourage new members to attend to participate with other new members in every chapter and get to know other outside of their own chapter.
