Greek Life Event Registration Form

No events will be allowed one week prior to the beginning of each semester and during the last 2 weeks of each semester.

The Office of Campus Activities will follow the FIPG standard in regard to all risk mnagement policies. The FIPG policy can be found in its entirety at www.fipg.org.

Event ratio is 2:1

Ex: Your chapters have 50 members attending the event. They can each invite 2 guests. That's an overall total of 150 people (50 members and 100 guests) who can attend the event.

Alcoholic, Third Party Vendor Event

Event ratio is 3:1

Ex: Your chapters have 80 members attending the event. They can each invite 3 guests. That's an overall total of 320 people (80 members and 240 guests) who can attend the event.

Third Party Vendor Registration form (included in the guidelines) must be submitted in person to the Office of Campus Activities a minimum of 3 business days prior to the event. You will receive a response of approval no later than 48 hours after the form is submitted.
