How to Apply

If you are completing your application online

  1. Complete the online application. Apply early! We fill very quickly.
  2. Print out the signature page View PDF and have your parents sign the approval section.
    • If you did not opt to pay online during the application process, write a check to NORTHWEST for either the full amount or for $50 (non-refundable registration deposit). Please read "Refund Information."
  3. If you qualify for the All-District Band/Choir or All-State Band/Choir scholarship, take the signature page to your Music Director at school and ask him or her to verify your eligibility.
  4. Send the signature page to the camp address listed on the signature page.

If you are completing a paper application

  1. Complete the PDF application View PDF. Apply early! We fill very quickly.
  2. Your parents sign the approval section and write a check to NORTHWEST for either the full amount or for $50 (non-refundable registration deposit). Please read "Refund Information."
  3. f you qualify for the All-District Band/Choir or All-State Band/Choir scholarship, take the signature page to your Music Director at school and ask him or her to verify your eligibility.
  4. Send the signature page to the camp address listed on the signature page.
