Airport Blues
Despite a four hour delay and overnight stay in Chicago, the second group finally made it to London early Sunday morning.
Breakfast
A typical London morning-- 7:30 a.m. breakfast before the day's festivities.
Sunday Tours
The band spent Sunday afternoon touring London on buses. Stops included St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abby, Tower Bridge, and Buckingham Palace.
Gala Concert
A focal point of the trip, the Wind Symphony and Jazz Band arrived at St. John's, Smith Square, the venue for the performance at the 'Music for London' Gala Concert.
Hampton Court Palace
Twenty miles upstream of Westminster on the River Thames, Hampton Court Palace dates back to 1514 and was the home of King Henry VIII.
London at Night and New Year's Eve

Oxford
On Thursday, the BMB arrived in Oxford, known as the ‘city of dreaming spires’. The university buildings and the 40 colleges dominate the center of the city.
Windsor
At the heart of the town is the castle which has, for over 900 years, been residence and fortress for the British monarch.
Tower of London
A truly historic complex dating back to 1078, the Tower of London functioned as a fortress, a royal palace, and a prison. It also serves as the home to the crown jewels.
The London Eye
The London Eye has become the most popular paid visitor attraction in the UK, visited by over 3.5 million people a year (Wikipedia).
