Campers will be housed in two seven-story residence halls -- two campers per room. Roommate requests can be best honored if both campers' requests arrive simultaneously and while empty rooms are still available. If you have no roommate request, we will place you in a residence hall room with another camper with similar interests.
Many regionally and nationally recognized faculty work the two weeks of camp. This outstanding faculty is noted for its excellence and positive attitudes, hard work and talent. More than 95 percent of the faculty attended Northwest Missouri State University. Hundreds of the student evaluations annually state the reason they selected this camp was because of the fantastic faculty.
Throughout both the High School and Junior High School weeks of Summer Music Camp at Northwest, there are a variety of ensembles and other music-related classes/activities to participate in. We encourage all campers to get involved and provide yourself with every opportunity to further your musical experience.
