Please make every attempt to review the title and abstract for each student presentation you are sponsoring. We hope you will encourage your students to present their research. We also help you will encourage students to attend the conference even if they are not presenting.
Please volunteer to serve as a session judge (we need you!). When you register, just click on the "yes" when you are asked if you will serve as a judge. We would also like you to encourage students to become peer judges for the events. They will also have the option to click "yes" when they are asked to serve as a judge on their registration form. If you have already registered but did not check "yes," you can still volunteer to be a judge by sending an email to Rebecca Hendrix.
We have arranged for a limited number of tables available near the registration tables. If you would like to reserve a table for the purpose of sharing information about your graduate program(s), or other psychology-related information, please send an email to Alisha Francis. We will give highest priority to conference sponsors.
The faculty planning meeting is scheduled after the luncheon during graduate information seminars. Location to be announced. Please attend to help plan for future conferences.
