Math Olympiad T-Shirt Order Form

This year the Math∑d Club of Northwest Missouri State University is happy to announce that we will have Math Olympiad t-shirts for sale! 

Shirt design

T-shirts will cost $12.00 if you pre-order using this form. T-shirts will cost $15.00 if purchased at the Math Olympiad.
