Welcome to the Northwest Fitness Center, where we offer state-of-the-art fitness and exercise equipment at affordable rates. There are three different locations on the Northwest campus: the main area located in Lamkin Activity Center, and two satellite locations in Phillips Hall and South Complex. Cardio equipment includes treadmills, upright/recumbent bikes, ellipticals, stair steppers, and rowers. Weight training equipment features a variety of selectorized machines, Smith machine, power rack, free weights, and dumbbells.
If you are looking for an even bigger challenge, participate in an aerobics class at the Maryville Community Center! All classes are available to Northwest Fitness Center members free of charge. These include Step Interval, Pilates, Circuit Training, Cardio Blast, Water Aerobics, and many more. Pick up a schedule at the front desk.
Just starting to workout? Unsure of what to do and where to start? Fitness Center staff members are available to set up personalized workout plans to help you reach your individual health and fitness goals. They can workout along with you, or give you a plan to follow on your own. Personal training is free of charge for all members; see Fitness Center staff for more details.
