Classrooms and most laboratory space are located on the third floor of the Administration Building, and in the Early Childhood Care and Education Lab Center, located in the lower level of Brown Hall. Laboratory facilities for Quantity Food Preparation, FCS 332, and Advanced Food Service Management, FCS 430, classes are located in the J.W. Jones Student Union and Conference Center facilities.
