The Food Service Management Major is a strategic program preparing individuals for careers in one of today's fastest growing industries.
The Food Service Management program at Northwest strives to provide a quality learing environment, which will supply the food service student with the knowledge supportive of the food service management profession. The program strongly encourages and arranges for individuals to gain work experience and to identify with a variety of professional role models. Northwest also supports and requires continuous professional development of faculty, keeping up with today's technology and trends in Food Service Management.
The department is a member of the Missouri Restaurant Association.
