The Family and Consumer Sciences Department's annual Student Recognition Banquet will take place Wednesday, March 19, 2008 at 6 PM in the J.W. Jones Student Union Ballroom. This will be a special celebration of the department's first 100 years!
Special recognitions will go to new students who have joined the department since April 2007, all graduating seniors, winners of departmental scholarships, and the top student in each of the department's four majors (child and family studies; foods and nutrition; textile, apparel, and furniture merchandising; and family and consumer sciences education.
A commemorative memento and a copy of the FCS Centennial Newsletter will be available to all who attend.
