First Time Student Scholarship Applications

All forms must be printed off, completed, and returned in hard copy to:

NOTE: After completing the application, please call 660.562.1279 or e-mail
the department to verify that your application was received and is complete. 

Returning Student Scholarship Applications

All forms must be printed off, completed, and returned in hard copy to the Department Office, 148 Wells Hall by 5 p.m. Friday, January 29, 2010.

Scholarship awards are subject to availability of funds.
