Meet the Staff

Tim Crowley, Director
Tim holds a doctoral degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Stress Management and Peak Performance. He has more than 19 years of experience in counseling and teaching at the collegiate level. His passion is helping others to discover their riches and reach their goals. He is a frequent presenter at state, regional, and national conferences, where he presents unique keynotes and workshops in the areas of motivation, leadership, team buillding, stress management and resiliency.

Megan Fisher, Graduate Assistant
Megan is currently pursuing her M.S.Ed. degree in School Counseling from Northwest Missouri State University. She graduated with a B.S. in Psychology from Northwest in 2005. She is interested in working with elementary school children when she is finished with her master's. Special interests include family and peer relationships, individual learning styles, and character education in schools.

Mike Mattock, Psy.D Licensed Psychologist
Mike obtained his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. Special therapy interests include communication and relationship issues, men's issues, and issues related to anxiety and depression.

Kelley O'Riley, Administrative Secretary 
Kelley joined the Counseling Center in April 2007. She earned a Professional Secretary Certificate from the DAVEA Career Center in Addison, Illinois in 1991. Her primary responsibilities at the Counseling Center consist of office management and assisting with the coordination of Institutional Testing for the University.

Kersten Haugse White, Ph.D., Counselor
Kersten received her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Brigham Young University. She enjoys helping clients identify and utilize personal strengths and skills to achieve healthier living. She likes working with a variety of issues and has a particular interest in abuse related issues and disordered eating/body image issues.

Rhonda Rund, M.A., Licensed Professional Counselor
Rhonda received her Masters in Counseling from Adams State College in Colorado. She has over 10 years experience working with people in personal development/wellness. Her specialties and interests include stress management/biofeedback, Gottman method relationship counseling, transpersonal psychology, physical illness, depression and anxiety. Rhonda enjoys helping students experience the satisfaction of achieving their personal goals for self improvement.
