Meet the Staff

Tim CrowleyTim Crowley, Ph.D.

Director

Tim holds a doctoral degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Stress Management and Peak Performance. He has more than 20 years of experience in counseling and teaching at the collegiate level. His passion is helping others to discover their riches and reach their goals. He is a frequent presenter at state, regional, and national conferences, where he presents unique keynotes and workshops in the areas of motivation, leadership, team building, stress management and resiliency.

 

Mike MattockMike Mattock, Psy.D.

Licensed Psychologist

Mike obtained his Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Minnesota School of Professional Psychology. Special therapy interests include communication and relationship issues, men's issues, and issues related to anxiety and depression.

 

Rhonda LesleyRhonda Lesley, M.A.

Licensed Professional Counselor

Rhonda received her Masters in Counseling from Adams State College in Colorado. She has over 12 years experience working with people in personal development/wellness. Her specialties and interests include stress management/biofeedback, Gottman method relationship counseling, transpersonal psychology, physical illness, depression and anxiety. Rhonda enjoys helping students experience the satisfaction of achieving their personal goals for self improvement.

 

TaylorBK Taylor

Personal Development and Counseling Graduate Assistant

B.K. joined the Personal Development and Counseling Team in August, 2011. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Northwest in Psychology, and is currently pursuing his Master’s of Science in Higher Education Leadership at Northwest. B.K. has a passion in Positive Psychology, and wants to help educate people on the many aspects of Positive Psychology ranging from Resilience to Meaning. B.K. also enjoys doing unique hobbies such as Fencing and Story creation.
