Northwest wants to do everything we can to meet your needs while you are visiting campus. With that, we know plans change. In the event of changes or cancellations, the following information will be important to know:
Changes: Our ability to meet change requests is very much dependant on the size of your group. The smaller the group, the easier it is to make adjustments to your reservation. Larger groups can be a challenge due to availability of space. We begin scheduling housing for the upcoming summer as early as November and spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. June is typically our busiest month which can further complicate changes. The sooner you can update us on your needs, the more likely we will be able to meet your request.
Cancellations: We understand a group may plan for 20 guests and only 15 show up. Not to worry. Though we would much prefer to know in advance, we will accept cancellations at any time.
