Every faculty or staff member at Northwest Missouri State University has a Northwest email account. A variety of groups (i.e. Misc.) such as organizations and departments are also provided an email account.
Faculty/staff/misc. are given 300 megabytes of email storage on Northwest's local Microsoft Exchange Server. Faculty, staff and groups can access their email account using either Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Web Access with their Northwest network username and password.
Faculty and staff who are having trouble logging into their account with their password should contact the Information Technology-Client Computing Help Desk at 660.562.1634 and ask to speak with a User Consultant. For group accounts, the sponsoring staff or faculty member needs to contact the Information Technology-Client Computing Help Desk at 660.562.1634 for assistance with obtaining a new password.
