Kim Todd and Tabatha Verbick, Client Computing User Consultants with the Information Technology Department, presented a paper entitled "Why Can't I Do It Here?: Using Students as Policy Educators and Enforcers" at the ACM SIGUCCS (Special Interest Group on University & College Computing Services) 2004 Fall Conference in Baltimore, Maryland, October 10 -13. Additionally, Todd and Verbick along with Dr. Jon Rickman, Vice President of Information Technology, presented a paper entitled "Implementing a Network Improvement Action Plan" at the ACM SIGUCCS 2004 Fall Conference in Baltimore.
Kim Todd, Tabatha Verbick, Jon Rickman, Merlin Miller, Frank Baudino, Emily Bahr (student), Giuli Coniglio, Robert Frizzell, Garland George, Carolyn Johnson, Lori Mardis, Joyce Meldrew, Go-Woon "Sarah" Park, Connie Ury, Patricia Wyatt and Vicki Wainscott also received a 2004 ACM SIGUCCS Honorable Mention Competition Award in the category of Quick Reference Guides for the Owens Library-Information Technology Mouse Pad.
