Logging Into Web Based Email for the First Time

  1. Go to the Northwest Homepage
  2. Click on the Quick Tools menu
  3. Select Web Based Mail
  4. Enter your Nortwest network username in the User name: textbox
    If you do not know your Northwest network username, see Logging Into the Northwest Network for the First Time. 
  5. Enter your Nortwest network password in the Password: textbox
    If you do not know your initial Northwest network password, see Logging Into the Northwest Network for the First Time. 
  6. Click the Log On button
