TKim Todd, Client Computing User Consultant with the Information Systems department, was awarded one of seven awards during the Indispensable Woman at Northwest recognition ceremony.

Todd was also the recipient of a 2009 Tower Service Award during Student Senate's Tower Service & Commitment to Quality Awards Banquet, which was held in the Student Union Ballroom in April.

Todd was also a member of her department's 7-Step Password Team, which was honored with a 2009 Commitment to Quality Team Award by Student Senate.

Student Senate established the Tower Service Award in 1987 to honor individuals who demonstrate exceptional commitment to the University and its mission. Recipients are selected based on their continuing accomplishments and service to the Northwest community.

The Indispensable Women at Northwest honors are bestowed upon women deemed to have made a significant contribution to the University community.

The Indispensable Women at Northwest ceremony, which was part of Women's History Month at Northwest and included a reception, was held on Tuesday, March 17 in the J.W. Jones Student Union Living Room.
