Adding Another Exchange Mailbox to Your Outlook
How to add another Exchange mailbox (that you already have full access to) to your Outlook
- Open Outlook 2013.
- Click File.
- Click the Account Settings button with the Info menu. A drop down menu will appear.
- Click Account Settings on the drop down menu.

- Select your email profile, which is located on the Email tab beneath Name. Your email profile will then be highlighted.
- Click Change.

- In the Change Account window, click on the More Settings... button.

- Click the Advanced tab.
- Click the Add button.

- Enter the email address of the mailbox you want to add in the Add mailbox field. Example: example@nwmissouri.edu


- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
- Outlook then access the other mailbox’s data. The process may take a while.
- In the Change Account window, click on Next.
- Click Finish.
- Close the Account Settings window. You should now see both mailboxes in your Outlook.
