Phone and Cable TV

Voicemail Services

A personal voice mailbox is provided for each student living in the residence halls and each faculty and staff member’s office.  To be able to use voicemail, you must have a touch-tone phone.

If you are have difficulty with your voicemail or are experiencing technical difficulty with your telephone or phone line, contact the Client Computing-Information Systems Help Desk at 660-562-1634.


Blackberry Handheld

Northwest Missouri State University has a partnership with Cellular One to provide Blackberry Wireless Handheld™ devices to interested faculty and staff.   Information Systems will continue to support students who acquired Blackberries under the department’s previous arrangements with Cellular One.

Cable TV Services

Information Systems in cooperation with the local  cable company provides students living in the residence halls with a cable connection.
