All full-time undergraduate students living on or off campus are eligible to receive a university-owned notebook computer. To be eligible to receive a notebook, you must read and understand the Notebook Computer Agreement.

Note: Notebook computer models may vary between students depending on availability and enrollment status.
Support is available for all notebooks rented through the notebook computer rental program. All notebook computers needing repair must be brought into the Jon T. Rickman Electronic Campus Support Center (ECSC), which is across the street from Owens Library. Office hours are:
Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Note: Notebook computers brought in after 4:30 p.m. may not be serviced until the next working day. All university notebook computers needing repair must be brought to the ECSC. Taking the notebook computer to a service provider other than ECSC is a violation of Northwest Computing Policies.
