Cap and Gown Orders
Once you have completed your application for graduation, you will receive a letter by email containing information regarding graduation.
It will contain a link to the cap and gown order form that must be completed no later than March 14. Phone orders are not accepted. Rental cost is included in your graduation fee.
You may pick up your cap and gown at the Student Services Center
Monday - Friday, April 29 - May 3, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
or 1 hour before the ceremony on Saturday at the Student Recreation Center (directly north of Bearcat Arena).
You may have someone other than yourself pick up your order.
You may keep your cap, tassel and honors cord (if applicable), but you must return the regalia immediately following the ceremony.
